Tigger Pritchard
​
Global Freelance Trainer and Conference keynote speaker/ presenter.
​
Arriving in Cornwall in 1987, Tigger started working in residential provision and management, he then moved into education working for initially for the Cornwall College Group then Truro and Penwith College, there he designed and managed Cornwall's first educational provision for complex adults at the Tregye Campus.
​
A Grade one inspected College Lecturer and Adult Education Tutor, he's also one of the longest serving Makaton Tutors on the planet. Tigger has also been involved in the inspection and support of other tutors both in college and Adult education over several years.
Since leaving education eleven years ago and going freelance he can be found presenting and teaching hybrid across the UK, for education, care providers, individuals, support groups and corporate organisations. He has presented at many conferences across the globe.
A national BAPs (Bloody Awesome Parents/My Family, our Needs), award winner in 2022, for his work in Celebrating SEND.

Marie Ralph BCA
​
Having completed her A 'Levels Marie went on to study a BaHons in Education. She then embarked upon a Degree in Art, (animation, film and graphics) and is now beginning her Masters in Autism at Sheffield Hallam.
​
She is experienced in various areas such a Mental Health, addiction support and Learning Disability support.
​
Marie has completed numerous professional qualifications and training courses over the years, (Autism, Tourette's, Sensory Integration to name but a few).
​
For many years in several Counties she is very well know and highly respected for her advocacy, campaigning, legal challenges and peer support.
​
She lives in a multiple neurodivergent family.
Marie has recently been awarded a national honour, the British Citizen Award at the Palace of Westminster, and will remain on the Honours Roll at the House of Lords. This was given for her exemplary work in education.
